Cultured Turmeric Paste: Vibrant, fragrant and gorgeous on the palate. We ferment golden turmeric root and black peppercorns with live lacto-probiotics to create a sensational, richly flavoured paste. 

Raw turmeric root is a rich source of anti-inflammatory curcumin; black peppercorns contain piperine to markedly increases nutrient absorption; and the live lacto-probiotic cultures are great for your insides. 

Cultured Turmeric Paste is a truly unique product, combining culinary excellence with nutritional wellness.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

  • Pair with seafood, chicken, or eggs. 
  • Toss with raw or warm vegetables. 
  • Brew a beautiful turmeric tea or golden milk.

Ginger is a well-known natural remedy – anti-nausea, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. All this, fermented with our live lacto-probiotic cultures – that’s some serious culinary power.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

  • Just pop a slice out of the jar to brew, slice, dice or crush to your hearts content

Cultured Garlic Cloves: Delectable garlic and herbs swimming in a lightly salty and acidic brine. This garlic is banging with live probiotics and serious garlic and herb flavours, and the brine is smashing too. 

Garlic is a well-known natural antioxidant and antibiotic, rich in allicin and prebiotics. The sharp, piquant notes that raw garlic is known for are beautifully softened by fermentation by our lacto-probiotic cultures (the ones that your tummy loves).

Craft-brewed for 120 days from premium Darjeeling green tea, lightly filtered, then bottled without pasteurisation to retain the full benefit for your digestive health. Blended with wild Karengo fronds from the South Island, Kiwi ocean superfoods that are rich in minerals and unique marine flavours.
